Es gibt eine kostengünstigere Alternative zu den teuren Lösungen von Serato, Rane, Tractor & Co.. Alles was Sie dazu brauchen ist Linux (alsa) einen Turntable, einen Phono Vorverstärker (kann aber evtl. von der Soundkarte gelöst werden oder durch software pre-amp --phono), eine Time-Code-Vinyl, eine freie Soundkarte mit full duplex und einen Mixer. Settings for one deck


 #get device with
 aplay -l
 # add your user to xwax group 
 xwax -l ~/MP3 -t serato_2a -r 48000 -u -a hw:Pro 
 #browse folder and use F1 to load track, F2 to go to start in current track ...
 #arecord -l

Xwax supports midi devices: list alsa midi devices with:

amidi -l
 Dir Device    Name
 IO  hw:1,0    EMU10K1 MPU-401 (UART)
 IO  hw:1,1    Emu10k1 Synth MIDI (16 subdevices)
 IO  hw:1,2    Emu10k1 Synth MIDI (16 subdevices)
 IO  hw:5,0,0  PAD-One MIDI 1

then your start script should look like this:

xwax -l /home/shorty/mp3/SERATO/djreason/files/PROGRAM/ -a hw:2 --dicer hw:5,0,0

MiXXX also got Vinyl Control (awax plugin)
