Statement to responsive design

Is repsonsive related to responsibility? Responsive design becomes a trend to designers, but where will this go to? Take a look at the image:

websites are loading longer, extra requests
you never know what device comes next
Users cannot be supported by the same way
it is client-side
double care scope
scare off costumers
it is not fun to view sites on tiny screens
still in its infancy

Why not building a extra mobile site? Users know how to switching/clicking links ... use a design that fits to nearly every devices, people are flexible, and it is not complex ... launch, if you must, 2 different sites, and do not inflate your code
