Create doc to your prefered texture size
set foreground (585858) and background (826336) colors
Render Plasma Clouds (detail 15) (background layer)
Map layer to gradient (colors>map>to gradient)
create new layer (texturelayer) with Render Plasma Clouds and adjust lightness (stay) and contrast (41-46) (hide this layer)
now bump map your texture layer to background
